AGA State Medallion

Participation in the Medallion competition is open to all AZNWGA members. There is no extra cost to compete in this local event. The best gross and net winners will represent AZNWGA in a tournament consisting of state-wide medallion winners from other Arizona clubs held in the Phoenix area each January of the following year. Note: Entrance fee for the State Competition will be paid for by the local winners.

Four rounds of golf will be played over several months to determine the two best gross and two best net rounds (only 2 out of the 4 rounds are required to compete). Determining the winner based on the best two rounds out of four is intended to give players the maximum opportunity to produce two good scores, and not eliminate those players who cannot play all four rounds.
